About Karin
 

Karin Ferro has a passion for color and natural beauty whose work is best characterized as a careful balance of color and intricate detail. Rich color and use of brilliant light fill Karin's European landscapes and still lifes, providing the unique key to experiencing her vision. Color elicits emotion and creates a mood. Karin believes that evoking an emotional response is to touch the very essence of what is beautiful.

Karin grew up in the beautiful coastal town of San Luis Obispo, California and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the California State Polytechnic University, where she studied Graphic Arts as well as Design.

Karin has been producing original custom paintings for the last eight years, and finds fulfilling such special requests very rewarding. Custom paintings are available on request.
